The Flex board shorts have been tested like no other shorts Better Bodies have done. They wanted to create a pair of shorts that you can use as fight shorts or in the gym. After all the tests, they now make them in a lightweight strong polyester, flexible polyamide fabric in crotch, inside legs and also flexible in the back, just below waist. High slits in the side seam, three needle, extra strong stitching. Velcro and drawstring in waist.

MMA: Slits in the side seam, elastic fabric in the crotch and in the back. Inside pocket for your mouth guard. Perfect for crazy submissions or those "lights out" high kicks.

GYM: The extra flexibility is perfect even for heavy leg days. Not to mention, people will think twice before cutting you off at the weight rack.

Fricken awesome pair of shorts. Just wore these on a stinking hot leg session day. The freedom to move is incredible and they were great to squat in. The neoprene flex material in the crotch is a great feature. Could also see this help prevent any friction burn or inner thigh chafe on those long cardio sessions! A must have pair of shorts.

I wear shorts almost everyday, why? Because I have a rocken pair of wheels and an amazing capacity to sweat up even on an 18degree Melbourne day. So when Jill told me the Better Bodies Board Short was the greatest board short ever made, I thought "overhyped much!" Upon receiving my pair I am declaring them the all time greatest board short ever made in the history of the universe! Here's why. They fit!! Due to my unusual proportions not many items of clothing fit, the sizing chart told me Xlarge and they're perfect! I can move in them, not only do they fit but they don't grab or cling in weird ways when I move, especially squat. They look cool, my street cred was instantly raised 10 points when i put them on. They dry quickly (the sweating thing again) and finally they're black, which means they go with everything else in my wardrobe! Five Goble thumbs up!
