Activewear Online: Notice of Closure

As of 26th of June, 2017, Activewear Online hereby notifies it's customers that the business has commenced closure procedures and as such, changes to their standard returns procedures have changed. Any and all purchases made after 26th of June, 2017 are considered to be "FINAL SALE" and unless otherwise covered by the ACCC guidelines to consumer warranties, no returns will be accepted.

When will my order ship?

In 99% of cases, orders ship within 2 business days. In the unlikely event that you do not receive a notification of shipment of your products, please contact us via info@activewearonline.com.au with your order number included in the subject header.

**Please note** Over public holidays when Australia Post is not operational, your order may be delayed. This is unfortunately our of our control and is based on the public holidays for the state of Victoria, and any national public holidays.

How will my order ship/When will I receive my order?

We use Australia Post eParcel for shipment of our products. Your orders will always ship via signature on delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you will be sent a shipping notification complete with a tracking number and automatic updates via the eParcel network to the email address you placed your order with.

If items are received back to Activewear Online as undeliverable, an additional postage charge will be payable to re-ship the order.

If you would like your items shipped with an "Authority to Leave" note, please contact us after placing your order, using your order number as a reference. Please note that Activewear Online take no responsibility for the parcel if it is marked with an Authority to Leave request. This is done at the customer's own risk.

If you need your items by a particular date, please contact us ASAP following placing your order.

The items I ordered didn't fit (or I didn't like them). Can I return them?
