How will my order ship/When will I receive my order?

When will my order ship?

In 99% of cases, orders ship within 2 business days. In the unlikely event that you do not receive a notification of shipment of your products, please contact us via info@activewearonline.com.au with your order number included in the subject header.

**Please note** Over public holidays when Australia Post is not operational, your order may be delayed. This is unfortunately our of our control and is based on the public holidays for the state of Victoria, and any national public holidays.

How will my order ship/When will I receive my order?

We use Australia Post eParcel for shipment of our products. Your orders will always ship via signature on delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you will be sent a shipping notification complete with a tracking number and automatic updates via the eParcel network to the email address you placed your order with.

If items are received back to Activewear Online as undeliverable, an additional postage charge will be payable to re-ship the order.

If you would like your items shipped with an "Authority to Leave" note, please contact us after placing your order, using your order number as a reference. Please note that Activewear Online take no responsibility for the parcel if it is marked with an Authority to Leave request. This is done at the customer's own risk.

If you need your items by a particular date, please contact us ASAP following placing your order.

The items I ordered didn't fit (or I didn't like them). Can I return them?

In the event that you ordered clothes that were of an incorrect size, please contact us via phone or email within 14 days of receiving your order. All enquiries will be addressed on a case by case basis. Any returns must be accompanied by a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and all items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached and in pristine condition. Any items that appear to have been worn, are marked, covered in pet or human hair or damaged in any way will not be accepted. Activewear Online will not be responsible for any return shipping costs; however we will ship the correct sizing back to you for free, so it's a good chance to add extra items to your order. We recommend that you use a form of postage that is able to be tracked as Activewear Online will not be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit. To prevent occurrences like these, please carefully check the sizing charts. If you need any further help with sizing or fit, feel free to contact us.

Any items returned for credit in less than perfect condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This includes items received without original swing tags, or items which require removal of pet or human hair.

In the case where a request is made to return an item to exchange for a completely different item (not just the same item in a different size), a postage fee will be payable, or a return addressed satchel should be included with the returned item. All the above requirements still must be met.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT SALE OR DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE EXCEPT WHERE THERE IS A SIZE REMAINING AVAILABLE FOR THAT ITEM. All the above requirements must still be met and a return addressed satchel must be included with the returned item.**

There is an item from one of your brands that I want to buy but I can't see it listed on your site. Can I still get it?

Sure! As long as it's currently being stocked by our suppliers, we can definitely get it for you. Please contact us via email with the product that you're after and we'll let you know whether we can get it for you and when.

Can I visit Activewear Online at any events?

Absolutely! We'd love to see you at any of the events that we exhibit at. For information about our upcoming events, please visit our News page.

Can Activewear Online come to our Event/Competition/Gym open day?

Possibly! Please send any information to info@activewearonline.com.au and we'll let you know ASAP.

I've heard Activewear Online sponsor fitness events and athletes. Will they sponsor me or my event?

If you are holding an event that you would like us to exhibit at, please send the details to us at info@activewearonline.com.au.

If you are a fitness athlete or bodybuilder and are looking for sponsorship, please send us the following to info@activewearonline.com.au :

  • Your resume with a recent photograph attached.
  • A list of fitness or bodybuilding achievements.
  • A few paragraphs on why you think you should be sponsored and how you would help to promote Activewear Online if they do choose to sponsor you.
  • Any other information you feel is pertinent.
