All products that are in stock at time of purchase will be shipped within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that there is a delay with your order being shipped, you will be notified promptly via phone or email.
All orders are delivered via the Australia Post network and ships from Melbourne, Australia. Delivery times will vary depending on where the product is being shipped to. Where possible, excluding large or bulky items, Activewear Online will try and use a trackable method of postage. Click here for a list of standard delivery times as indicated by Australia Post.
If you need your items by a particular date, we urge you to select the more expensive shipping option. This not only means your order ships express, but that it gets packed and shipped prior to any other orders pending.
Any requests for express postage when the flat rate shipping option has been selected will delay shipping of your order while we get in contact with you to authorize payment for the increased shipping cost.
In the event that you ordered clothes that were of an incorrect size, please contact us via phone or email within 3 days of receiving your order. All enquiries will be addressed on a case by case basis. Any returns must be accompanied by a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and all items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached and in pristine condition. Any items that appear to have been worn, are marked, covered in pet or human hair or damaged in any way will not be accepted. Activewear Online will not be responsible for any return shipping costs; however we will ship the correct sizing back to you for free, so it's a good chance to add extra items to your order. We recommend that you use a form of postage that is able to be tracked as Activewear Online will not be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit. To prevent occurrences like these, please carefully check the sizing charts. If you need any further help with sizing or fit, feel free to contact us.
Any items returned for credit in less than perfect condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This includes items received without original swing tags, or items which require removal of pet or human hair.
In the case where a request is made to return an item to exchange for a completely different item (not just the same item in a different size), a postage fee will be payable, or a return addressed satchel should be included with the returned item. All the above requirements still must be met.

It in most cases means that we are out of stock of that product in that particular size. If the size is still showing, but you are unable to add the product to your cart, it means that the product is on re-order. Please feel free to contact us regarding when the product will be available.
If the size you require is not showing for your chosen item, it is not on re-order. This either means that the products have been discontinued or they are no longer available from our suppliers, or that it does not come in that size.
